Origin: Ascheri in La Morra

Grape Variety: 100% Nebbiolo

Harvest time: 2013 – 20th/23rd October / 2015 – 26th/30th September / 2016 – 17th October

Fermentation: about 18 days at 30°C


  • intense garnet red colour
  • rich and composite bouquet of ripe fruit, candied fruit, tobacco and sweet spices
  • balanced, with an excellent structure and fine tannins perfectly integrated
  • Elegant and powerful wine at the same time

Serve at: 14°/16°C

Try it with: excellent with roasted red meats, on the spit or grilled meats, ripe cheeses

Evolution: 18/20 years if kept in a cool and dark place
